100th year target in R&D is at close quarters
One of the most talked about topics in recent days in R&D centers or companies that want to establish R&D centers is that the number of personnel will fall from 50 to 30. In Turkey, which currently has 350,000 R&D employees, the number is projected to increase to 450,000 in one year by regulation. Erhan Binici, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ANKAREF, which operates in METU Teknokent, said that the work on the new arrangement is of great importance for Turkey to reach its 100th year goal.
