He graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business administration in 2009 and began his career at OPAN Inc. in 1999. He worked in Accounting and Finance at Opan Inc. for 6 years and continued his career in Accounting and Finance at Yeni Gimat Business Administration Inc. in 2005. Çolak joined Ankaref’s family in 2015 and has been the business director in charge of Administrative and Financial Affairs. In 2022, he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Finance and Financial Affairs. Çolak received the title of Freelance Accountant and Financial Advisor in 2017. Çolak is married and has 1 child.
Murat YAVUZ
Deputy General Manager, Software Design and Development
He completed his undergraduate, master's, and doctorate education in Civil Engineering at Ataturk University in 2004 and started his career at Ataturk University as an academic. Yavuz, who carried out his academic studies in software development, worked as a consultant in the World Bank ARIP project in 2002. Yavuz joined Ankaref’s family in 2015 and has been the Business Director in Charge of Software Design and Development. In 2022, he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Software Design and Development. Yavuz is married and has 3 children.

Deputy General Manager, R&D
Yaşar graduated from Middle East Technical University in electrical and electronics engineering and began his career as a founding partner at Yonca Technology in 2006; in this process, he worked on innovative projects in the field of e-commerce and distance education; involved in enterprises such as otostart.com and Udemy. Yaşar joined Ankaref’s family in 2011 and has served as Senior Software Specialist, Software Team Leadership, Presales, and Business Development Management and Technical Solution Manager. Yasar has contributed to the localization and nationalization of certain products and processes by participating in national and international projects throughout his life. In 2022, he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager in charge of R&D. Yaşar is married and has 2 children.
Neslihan BURKUT KAPLAN
Deputy General Manager, Corporate Coordination and Human Resources
Neslihan Burkut Kaplan graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Statistics. She started her career as a Sales Specialist at Netsoft Computer in 2001. After working as the Tender/Bid Coordinator at Meteksan Systems and Computer Technologies Corporation between 2002-2005, she led the formation of the Bid Management Department at KoçSistem Information and Communication Technologies. She was the manager of it until the end of 2012. She continued her career as Business Development Manager in the IT sector, and in 2018, she joined Ankaref’s team. In 2022, she was appointed as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Corporate Coordination and Human Resources. Burkut Kaplan is married and has a son.

Deputy General Manager, After Sales Services
Mert graduated from Osmangazi University Department of Industrial Engineering in 2000 and began his career as a Project Manager at Meteksan Sistem. He worked as an administrator in various companies in the IT sector, such as archive-service bureaus, and software integration in the public, health, and defense sectors. Mert joined Ankaref’s family in 2016 and has been the Business Director in charge of After Sales Services at Ankaref’s Ankara office since 2018. In 2022, he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager in charge of After Sales Services
Umut Devrim Gövem
Deputy General Manager, Fonri Operations
He graduated from Middle East Technical University Electric and Electronics Engineering in 1996 and began his career as Systems and Software Engineer. He continued his career as Sales and Marketing manager in different companies and recently, as After Sales Services Delivery and Mobile Products Manager at BenQ Turkey, as Regional Service Delivery Manager at Lenovo Turkey (Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Malta), as Operations Manager and Country Managing Director at Jabil AMS division which is acquired by iQor in 2014. He was appointed as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Fonri Operations. U.Devrm Gövem is married and has 2 children.
