HF Readers are RFID hardware designed to read and to write HF Passive Tags generally working in 13.56 MHz frequency. They communicate with HF Passive Tags by inducing them via emitting RF signals at HF band. Two communication types, USB and Ethernet communication, are generally used in those readers. They are generally used in application containing access control and payment systems. There exists different models capable of recording and validating HF tag information in offline mode.
